My subscription payment hasn't gone through. Will I have access to the studios?

Each time you renew your subscription, you have 5 days in which to pay. We automatically present a payment on the anniversary date. If your payment is inadvertently refused, you will be notified immediately by e-mail and SMS, and will not be able to access the studio after the 5-day deadline.

If you have a problem paying and/or your payment method has expired or needs to be changed, you can follow this guide to changing your payment method and contact us by email at contact@studiomatic.co or via the chat at the bottom right of the site.
