If, for example, a credit has been granted to you as a result of a cancelation, or a commercial gesture, an amount will be credited to your Studiomatic account.
The following rules apply to the use of this credit:
If a credit balance exists, it can be consulted at the time of booking and on your profile.
The credit is applied automatically, with no action required on the part of the customer.
Some credits may expire, hence credits are used in priority from the earliest to the latest expiry date.
Credits are non-refundable, even if the customer cancels a reservation paid for with credits.
Credits cannot be converted into real currency.
