How do I use my free credits?

If, for example, a credit has been granted to you as a result of a cancelation, or a commercial gesture, an amount will be credited to your Studiomatic account.

The following rules apply to the use of this credit:

  • If a credit balance exists, it can be consulted at the time of booking and on your profile.

  • The credit is applied automatically, with no action required on the part of the customer.

  • Some credits may expire, hence credits are used in priority from the earliest to the latest expiry date.

  • Credits are non-refundable, even if the customer cancels a reservation paid for with credits.

  • Credits cannot be converted into real currency.

  • Invoice available on request.
