How to verify my identity?

Once you complete your registration, you can proceed with your identity verification. If you didn’t complete it at the end of registration, a bright red banner will appear on the screen prompting you to do so.

Verification is quick and ideally done on a mobile device; simply follow the instructions. Select the type of document you want to submit (ID card, passport, driver’s license, residence permit), then take front and back photos (if needed). After submitting the document, you will be asked to take a selfie.

Once all documents are provided, they will be verified within 5 minutes. If verification fails, you will be notified by email.

Identity verification allows you to access the studios through your booking and unlock the doors.
