I've tried to contact the studio, but no one answers and my studio doesn't open. Can we be compensated?

We’re sorry you couldn’t get through. For a quicker response: - Consult our F.A.Q. as well as the F.A.Q. of your reservation which is located further down on the reservation page, you will surely be able to find a solution to your concern! - Contact us in the chat room at the bottom right of the website - You can also send us an email at contact@studiomatic.co

If you still haven’t managed to contact us and our stage manager reports a problem with Studiomatic and its installation, your reservation will be refunded. If the problem is due to misuse of the tool or a defect in your equipment (telephone/computer not up to date), this refund will not be possible. Please make sure that your equipment is up to date and that you comply with opening procedures.
