Cancellation, modification and refund of reservation

At Studiomatic, it is possible to cancel or modify bookings under certain conditions:

- Modify your booking:

Up to one hour before its start time, a booking can be modified to change the date. A booking can only be modified once.

- Cancel your booking:

Each booking can be cancelled up to one hour before its start time.

If the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the start time, you may:

1. Receive a refund of the amount to your bank account, subject to bank processing times, or
2. Receive an immediate refund in the form of a Studiomatic credit. The booking amount will be credited to your Studiomatic account and will be automatically deducted from your next purchases.

If the cancellation occurs between 48 hours and one hour before the start time, you will receive an immediate refund in the form of a Studiomatic credit, which will be automatically deducted from your next purchases.

If your booking was made using a subscription, you may recover the credits used for the booking period.

Credits cannot be refunded. Therefore, cancelling a booking created using a credit does not allow you to recover it.
