If you encounter a problem during your session, you’ll usually be able to find the answer in the studio and equipment user guide at the bottom of your booking page, once you’ve logged on to our site via your smartphone. If this doesn’t help, you can contact us via the help chat at the bottom right of the screen. We’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. If we don’t get back to you overnight, you can book another equivalent studio and we’ll get back to you the next morning to rectify the situation.
