The faulty equipment prevented me from making my reservation. Can we be compensated?

If you encounter a problem with our equipment, contact our stage managers via the chat at the bottom right of the site, specifying which booking, which equipment and which studio it concerns, so that we have a record of the incident. If our stage manager reports a blocking problem that cannot be resolved during your session, we will refund your session or offer you free hours.
