🚩 1/3 - No Sound from Speakers 🔇

  1. Ensure the speakers and sound card are turned on and securely connected (push the cables in firmly).
  2. Verify that the input and output settings in your software are configured to use “SSL 2+” or “Antelope Zen Go Synergy Core” (depending on your studio).
  3. Check that all cables are functional.
  4. Ensure the blue volume knob is turned up.
  5. Set the “Monitor Mix” knob at least to the midpoint.

🚩 2/3 - No Sound in Software 🎚️

  1. Ensure “SSL 2+” or “Antelope Zen Go Synergy Core” is selected in the “input/output” section of your audio software.
  2. Check that the “+48V” button on the mic channel is engaged (and that “Line” is disabled if using a mic).
  3. Select the correct input channel for your track in the software that corresponds to the sound card’s input.
  4. Make sure the recording arm button is enabled on your software track.

🚩 3/3 - Broken Equipment 💥

  1. Take a photo of the broken equipment and the studio setup.
  2. Contact us via the chat at the bottom right of the website and send us the photos.
  3. If needed, we’ll guide you remotely to resolve the issue.
  4. During off-hours (6 pm-10 am), leave a detailed message in the chat describing the issue. We’ll address it as soon as possible by visiting the studio.
  5. If you accidentally damaged equipment, don’t worry—this happens, especially with consumables. Be upfront about it, and we’ll be more understanding and work quickly to find a solution to minimize impact on other users.
