How do I cancel my subscription?

We’re sorry to see you go! ☹️ Have you thought about pausing your subscription? 🙂

To end your subscription, simply go to the My Subscriptions section of your personal space and click on “Manage”. You will then be able to end your subscription.

Please note that your subscription will end at the end of the payment period. If reservations have been made in the future, they will be cancelled. It is not possible to access the studios without a subscription.

Example: your subscription is debited every 15th of the month, so its period is from the 15th to the 14th of the following month. If you stop your subscription on January 30, it will remain active until February 14 at 11:59pm, and all reservations after the 15th, inclusive, will be cancelled.
