I've left some things in the studio and can't open it. How can I get them back?

Several solutions are available to you. - First, contact us via the chat box at the bottom right of the website. After quickly confirming your identity, the manager will unlock the door.

  • If you don’t get an answer, you can simply re-book the studio for the next slot, and access it that way. Thereafter, please contact our support team for any refunds.

  • Do you realize this after the fact? As Lost & Found policies vary from structure to structure, we recommend that you contact the studio directly.
