No sound from the speakers, what should you do?
Check that the sound system and console are powered on.
Ensure that the “Mute” buttons on all channels are not engaged.
Verify that your cables are functional.
Make sure the “Master” faders are up.
Check that the gain knobs are turned up on your channels.
No sound from the piano, what should you do?
Confirm there is sound coming from the speakers (see previous page) using another source like a microphone or mp3 player.
Ensure the piano is powered on.
Check that the cables are functional and plugged into the “Line Out L/mono” and “R” jacks.
Make sure the volume knob on the piano is turned up.
No sound from the amp, what should you do?
Ensure the “Standby” switch is active.
Check all cables and pedals for functionality.
Make sure the volume on the active channel is turned up, as well as the master volume, if applicable.
Test different channels to make sure the issue isn’t specific to one channel.
What should you do if you find damaged equipment upon arrival?
Take a photo of the damaged equipment and the studio setup.
